Booking Policy
A deposit is required for any NEW client or online booking. It will be applied to the cost of your service. Cancel/reschedule 48 hours before your appointment to transfer or refund your deposit. Non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. If you do not have a deposit we will ask you to pay a last-minute cancellation fee depending on your service. This is to protect our stylists who would be losing income. No-shows are limited to three strikes.
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Voicemails left on these days won't be heard until Tuesday. If you can't reach us by phone, please email us instead. Thank you!
Payments
We accept all credit cards including AMEX, debit cards, & cash! We DONβT accept e-transfers.
Color Line & Retail
At Bleached we use Schwarzkopf for our main color line. Shawna Russell is an ambassador for them and we LOVE & trust their products for every client.
We carry Eleven Australia, Oribe, K18, Unite, Fanola, Super Crush & DOM DOM Brushes on our retail shelves.
Redo/Refunds
Guests have two weeks to redo a service if they are unhappy. Stylists will cover product costs if they did not achieve the promised look. If the guest is at fault, additional costs may apply. It is important to note that any unhappy guests must contact the salon within 48 hours of the service. Here at Bleached, we encourage a redo over a refund!
Customer Etiquette
At Bleached, we have a strict policy regarding unacceptable behaviour from our guests. This includes the use of aggressive and vulgar language, aggressive body language, and non-acceptance of our salon policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who acts unreasonably.
Children
We only offer services ages 10 and up. We kindly request that you keep children from attending your appointment. If it is absolutely necessary for them to accompany you, please ensure that they remain seated during the duration of your appointment. This policy is in place to maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all of our guests.
